Refund & Order Policy

Because our artisanal confections and baked goods are freshly handmade and perishable, all sales are final. For food safety and quality control reasons, we cannot accept physical returns or exchanges on any food items.

  

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong items, please contact us at aaliyahsartisanco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. To help us make it right, please include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. Approved quality issues will be resolved with a replacement batch, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

  

Cancellations

Because our menu items are made-to-order, cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery or pickup day to receive store credit. Cancellations within the 48-hour window cannot be refunded.
