Order Cancellations & Modifications

Because our artisanal cookies and confections are freshly handmade and baked entirely to order, our kitchen requires advance notice to adjust production schedules.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund to the original payment method or a 100% store credit.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date cannot be refunded or credited, as production on your custom batch has already begun.
